Castillo de Solisticio Tempranillo – Merlot 2021

(13.5%) (75cl) This Tempranillo-Merlot has intense red fruit aromas with hints of violet With oxygenation it develops more mature flavours such as plum. There is densely packed fruit flavours on the palate with freshness and medium tannins. The texture is ripe with dark fresh dark cherry and plum notes. It is ideal with roasted vegetables, cured meats and cheeses, or tapas.
