Grace O’Malley Blended Irish Whiskey

(40%) (700ml) This whiskey is a special blend of triple and double distilled single malt and grain whiskeys. The varying age statements deliver the perfect complexity and smoothness. Each batch of whiskey is aged perfectly in different barrel types, including American bourbon casks, rum barrels and French oak. It has a nose of oaky vanilla, caramel and malt, and orange blossoms, complimented by a palate of dried fruits and honey flapjack, resinous oak with cinnamon and pepper spice. The finish is gently warming with caramelised nuts, notes of vanilla and sweet, cakey spice.
