SLICED CAN
Made using surplus Brennans Family Pan as a substitute for malted barley and so, helping to reduce food waste. Expect this low calorie, vegan lager to be light and refreshing with fruity notes and a malty backbone.
BARK & BITE
This fruity, piney, & citrusy IPA is an intense sipping experience. A light alcohol warming builds throughout the pint. Hazy golden orange colour.
MAKE LIFE RICHER
This non-alcoholic tropical spritzy sour is brewed with Apricot, Mango and Peach juice and slightly soured to give a refreshing tartness more similar to a cocktail than a beer.
IRISH PALE ALE
Zesty and refreshingly bitter, the finish is long. With a copper toned body topped with a lightly carbonated head, the dry hopping brings an intense aroma and lasting array of fruit and floral notes.
DOUBLE IPA
A full-bodied, full on Double I.P.A. combining caramel and malt flavours with a well-balanced and substantial bitterness. Light carbonation allows the full flavour of this Double IPA to shine through. At 7.5% abv, the high alcohol content is balanced with a caramel sweetness and a full bodied malt character.
SUB TROPICAL IPA
O’Hara’s Sub Tropical IPA is a lighter, lower abv version of the beloved Tropical IPA. Delivering the same zesty fruit flavours of mango, pineapple, and stone fruits at a more sessionable 4% abv.
51ST STATE IPA
Bursting with bold tropical flavours of grapefruit, passion fruit, apricot and peach, this unfiltered IPA, which takes its inspiration from the New England IPA style, is an attack on the senses. A carefully chosen hop blend provides an intense citrus aroma while adding a well-balanced yet mild bitterness. Malts are combined to deliver a smooth mouthfeel.
TROPICAL IPA
An IPA bursting with flavours of Tangerine, Papaya, Citrus and Mango with a creamy mouthfeel.A golden, hazy, yellow coloured beer with a malt base due to the addition of oats, wheat and barley malts that is brewed using plenty of our favourite hops including Mosaic, Azaca, and El-Dorado. A juicy, malt, sweetness is complimented by additional flavours from dry hopping with Citra and Mosaic hops.
HOP ADVENTURE
The Strata hop has many layers of different fruit flavor, dried and fresh, anchored with a dried chili-cannabis-funk. Late hot side additions using Strata bring out layers of rounded-tropical plus bright-fresh fruit flavors; dry hopping yields more grapefruit and cannabis. Other descriptors include passion fruit, strawberry and dank.
GOLDEN SPEAR: BLONDE
This blonde ale gets its complex malt character from several specialty malts and a touch of wheat, balanced with just the right amount of fruity hop flavour.
DEVIL’S HELLES: LAGER
A pale, golden brew cold-fermented and conditioned for an exceptionally clean, crisp finish. The aroma is honeyed and malty, with a small hint of noble hops.
SCARLET PIMPERNEL: IPA
A deep red in colour, American style IPA. Light bodied and dry, our IPA effuses a citrusy, resinous hop flavour and aroma. Best served with a thick frothy head so pour with vigour.
FULL CIRCLE: IPA
Brewed using all American Hops, this Sessionable IPA is bursting with a juicy hop aroma that leads into a full, fruit forward hop flavour that washes over the palate, and ends with a subtle refreshing bitterness
FULL SAIL
The simple malt bill gives an ABV of 5.8% which carries the flavour and really allows the hops to shine through. The hops used are of American origin, Colombus, El Dorado and Cascade (45 IBU). With multiple generous additions in the kettle and further dry hopped before it reaches you as fresh as it can be.
OSTARA
Complex but quaffable with some tricks taken out of the imperial stout playbook but at a much lower ABV. The result has layered malts with some lovely soft chocolate notes and a nice hop zing!
CHIMAY WHITE
Its typical golden colour, its slightly hazy appearance and its fine head is especially characterised by its aroma which results from an agreeable combination of fresh hops and yeast. The beer’s flavour, as sensed in the mouth, comes from the smell of hops: above all it is the fruity notes of muscat and raisins that give this beer a particularly attractive aroma.
CHIMAY RED
Is noted for its coppery colour which makes it particularly attractive. Topped with a creamy head, it gives off a light, fruity apricot aroma produced by the fermentation. The taste perceived in the mouth is a balance confirming the fruity nuances noticed in the fragrance. Its taste, which imparts a silky sensation to the tongue, is made refreshing by a light touch of bitterness.
CHIMAY RED
it is brewed within the walls of a Trappist monastery, under the control and responsibility of the community of monks, who are involved through the process of making and marketing the beer. Most of the income generated by this activity is devoted to the needs of the community and social works.
CHIMAY GREEN
A strong, blond beer that is refreshing and fruity, tasty and intense. Its mint, bergamot, lime and eucalyptus aromas are enhanced by a touch of invigorating ginger. Its mellow, rounded body and smoky, spicy flavour is typical of Chimay beers. Brewed with Saaz and Hallertau Mittelfrüh hops, a secret spice is added to produce this unique taste.
CHIMAY BLUE
Principally distinguished by its character of a strong beer. This is a beer whose fragrance of fresh yeast with a light, flowery rosy touch is especially pleasant. Its flavour, noticed when tasting it, only accentuates the pleasant sensations perceived in the aroma , while revealing a light but pleasant touch of roasted malt. This top fermented Trappist beer, refermented in the bottle, is not pasteurised.
DUVEL BLOND
A renowned Belgian strong golden ale known for its distinctive, effervescent character and rich flavour profile. It boasts a bright golden hue, a creamy white head, and a complex bouquet of fruity esters, spicy phenols, and subtle hop bitterness. With a high carbonation level and a smooth, slightly sweet malt backbone, Duvel delivers a well-balanced taste experience that finishes with a dry, warming alcohol presence. Its name, meaning “devil” in Flemish, reflects its deceptively strong potency and captivating character.
HOPE HANDSOME JACK
A citrussy nose is followed by a subtle malt profile of caramel, before the combination of four hop varieties deliver that hit of bitterness on the finish.
HOPE PASS
A malty, slightly fruity ale with a with a subtle hop kick. A great all rounder that combines well with main dishes and desserts.
HOPE HOP-ON
Juicy, hazy, tropical. Hints of pineapple and other tropical and citrus fruits. Hop character is well balanced by a robust malt character. Bitterness is low, and the lasting flavour is orange and other citrus fruit.
HOPE UNDERDOG
A clean, crisp lager with a subtle malt sweetness, citrus aroma and refreshing bitterness. A brilliant all-rounder but especially good with BBQ food and curries!
