Yellow Spot 12 years Single Pot Still Irish Whiskey

(46%) (700ml) Crafted from a meticulous blend of malted and unmalted barley, Yellow Spot undergoes a triple distillation process in traditional copper pot stills, resulting in a spirit renowned for its rich, multifaceted flavours and velvety smooth texture. It has a nose of mown hay & cracked black pepper, with red bell peppers, nutmeg, clove oil & green tea. It has sweet honey & peaches from the Malaga casks. The taste is one of honey sweetness with pot still spices.  There are flavours of fresh coffee, creamy milk chocolate & Crème Brûlée, with notes of red apples & toasted oak. Its finish is sophisticated & complex with a sweetness throughout, followed by a mix of red grape & dry barley upon exit.
